The Christmas Break Practice Plan (7–14 Days)
Let’s make this break count without turning it into a grind. This plan gives you one clear focus each day. You will build skills step by step and see progress quickly. If you miss a day, do not panic. Just pick up where you left off.
Here is the basic structure that keeps things simple and effective:
- Each day has one focus. You avoid jumping around and stay locked in.
- Practice for 60 to 120 minutes. Shorter is fine if you stay focused.
- Start with a quick warmup. Five to ten minutes wakes up your hand.
- Do one main drill. This is your skill builder for the day.
- End with a fast review. Note what improved and what needs work.
You can follow all 14 days, or stop at Day 7 if you want a shorter break sprint. Either way, keep your work dated and saved. Trainers love seeing a clear timeline of growth.
