As a tattoo apprentice, you’ll train in a fully operating tattoo studio, not a classroom, with real clients, real machines, and authentic experience. You’ll learn everything from machine setup and sterilization to studio etiquette, linework, shading, and customer care. Our Cincinnati Mentor, Austin Fields, isn’t just a Tattoo Artist; he’s a legacy. With 17 years under his belt and a family history in tattooing, Austin brings a deep respect for the craft along with a modern, approachable teaching style. He specializes in black and grey work, but he’s fluent in all styles and passionate about helping you discover your own.
